What do we offer?

‘Knowledge’, ‘Training’ and ‘Employment’ all go hand in hand. At Reedsfield Support, we ensure young people have the freedom to get the training they require so that they may improve their prospects in employment and self-development. From ‘Basic Skills’ to ‘Employment’.

Basic Skills

Our Basic Skills training program helps build the foundations in literacy and numeracy. Young people are armed with essential life knowledge.

Train & Trade

This program helps young people develop a range of trade skills like bricklaying, decorating, plumbing, carpentry.

Gardening & Horticulture

Learning new skills in gardening and horticulture through our Putting Down Roots for Young People project, which is funded by the Big Lottery Fund through the Our Bright Future programme

Employment

Provide and advise on wider support needs and encourage opportunities for their personal development / achievements.

Multiple Disadvantage Employment

Through this scheme, we provide practical support to help individuals with multiple disadvantages to find employment.
